What could be better than having spring weather on a winter wedding day at the beautiful Cambridge Mill, with TWO OUTFITS!!! Please, tell us, because we can’t think of anything!

This is a continuation of the last stunning blog post (see that HERE), and I think this is the most beautiful part! Not just because of the fact that it was at a stunning location, but the fact that Bijou and Josh had not just one absolutely gorgeous classic wedding outfit. They also added in the most stunning African outfits. All in all, they were a joy to photograph, no surprise.

WINTER GLOW

Who knew that winter days could be so stunning? We’re not talking about sparkling snow. We’re talking about bare trees and no greenery. We know it’s the light. There is something about the clean air in the winter that’s not weighed down with the humidity of the summer. It’s fresh. Clean. And filled with the promise of new life! And it was the perfect day for these two. In fact, they made it glow even brighter with their happiness and love. If this day needed any more brightness, it was there, coming right out of Bijou and Josh at their Cambridge Mill Wedding.

TRUE HAPPINESS

Josh and Bijou were so happy exploring the beautiful property of Cambridge Mill. Their beautiful traditional outfits looked epic, but when their African dress came out, it was everything they promised it would be and more! Him in his handsome blue suit and Bijou’s stunning gold attire… Well, we were speechless. As Bijou popped the champagne, Josh just couldn’t keep his eyes off of her. It was like his life was full when she was in it, but now that they were married, he was just overflowing. Complete. And so was she.

Elopements, or intimate weddings as we call them, don’t have to be quick. They can be relaxed. Family affairs. A bigger bang for your buck, or a money-saving option. Josh and Bijou’s big day just made it so clear that the options are endless. They chose to focus on their venue, food, family, and photos (lucky for us!) It was everything that we hope for at every wedding. And they did it just right.

Bijou and Josh, we are so grateful that you are in our lives. Your joy, spontaneity, and love for life has taught us a thing or two. We hope that all your dreams that you shared with us come true. We wish you nothing but the most amazing life together. You might have tough days, but at the end of the day, you have each other. Cherish each other. Remember that there is only one of you and one of the other. God had this plan for you, and it’s all working out. We can’t wait what he has planned for your future! Sending you so much love!!!
