A Sam Lawrence Park Engagement Session | Aura & Jonathan

The sun was fading fast, and as the last golden rays spilled over Sam Lawrence Park at their engagement, Jonathan spun the beautiful Aura under the canopy of trees. The city behind them bathing in the glow couldn’t outdo the way their love shone for that moment. Nothing else mattered…

BACK IN HAMILTON

We love the variety that Hamilton offers when it comes to beautiful session locations! This Dundurn Castle Engagement Session and this Gage Park Engagement Session can attest to that! That being said, the light that was pouring in on this gorgeous July evening made the park come to life. Sam Lawrence Park is a stunning maintained park with some overgrown pathways. The west end of the park has the perfect view of the city. As we were exploring the park, we all wondered what it would be like to see the Hamilton nightlife come alive from this vantage point.

Aura and Jonathan were newbies to the park, just like I was, but I’m pretty sure we’ll all be back. If it’s not for the scenery, it’ll be to relive their Sam Lawrence Park engagement session. The noise of the city is not far off, but over it you can still hear the birds chirping, and if it’s a little bit windy, you can probably hear that too. All in all, it’s just a perfect escape from the busyness that city life brings with it.

A SWEET COUPLE

Aura and Jonathan have known each other for just over three years now. It didn’t take long before they knew that they belonged together. One thing that binds so many of our couples together is their faith, and Aura and Jonathan are no different. We so love and respect a couple who can focus their relationship on something so important.

It is obvious that they love to do things together, so exploring this park was the perfect opportunity. From strawberry picking to visiting new beaches and sightseeing beautiful cities, when you do it with the one you love on your arm it is 100 times better. And it will continue to grow in importance and meaning, the longer you know and love each other. That is what we wish for you, Aura and Jonathan; a life filled with beautiful moments at home and away, each more meaningful than the last. We cannot wait to be part of your big wedding moment in just a few short months!
