I’m so excited to share this session with you! Meet my adorable niece, Keira. For those of you who have followed the blog for a while, you may remember her newborn session. (With the new site, I’ve lost that post, sadly.) This little missy was so long and slim when she was first born, but she has definitely filled out and at the time of this sitter session is the size of my almost 18 month old preemie! Incredible how fast the time goes. Keira is a little sister to Tyson, and he is quite smitten with her, as long as she’s not being “dramatic” (his words, not mine). Keira gets around very quickly, and we had to be super fast, but won’t you agree that it was worth it? Keira eats just about anything, loves teddy bears, and definitely still needs two naps a day.
I promise you, the first half of the images you see, were taken in the first 3 minutes, the rest took a lot longer! She warmed up quickly and wanted to set out to explore.
Here she goes again… This little sitter was a mover!
That smile, though! I’m betting she’s got mommy wrapped around her little finger…
And then there was the genius idea of putting her inside the Pepsi crate, it was kind of cool, until she realized that she couldn’t go anywhere! Out came the Cheddar crackers, and they seemed to help a little bit.
I loved this little missy’s outfit, such a nice cheery outfit in these dark days (even though it was so nice out today).
She’s got the longest, sweetest eyelashes that you’ve ever seen! Melts my heart!
I forgot how difficult it was to get a shot of two littles, looking at me, somewhat happy at the same time, and in focus!
Oh, you little monkey-man! I’m sure you’re going to grow up to be a big helper at your daddy’s butcher shop!
